Accommodation capacity :

• Single room: 1 adult
• Double/Twin room: 2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child
• Babies are not allowed
• Children's ages : 2 - 11 years
• All specific requests for sleeping arrangements (double/separate beds) are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
• For technical reasons, hotels may be replaced by similar accommodation and tour stops may be reversed.
• In Japan, hotel rooms are often quite narrow and beds small. Check-in is usually mid-afternoon (3pm-4pm).
• Please note that some hotels provide an eco-stay package. (Bed linen and room cleaning are done every 3 days or so, depending on the hotel).
• The accommodation included in this trip is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. For more information, please contact customer service
• In the event of late arrival or early departure on the first or last day due to airline schedules, no refund will be made. Similarly, any meals included in the package that cannot be taken due to these schedules cannot be reimbursed. Also, depending on the timetable of any optional extras and excursions, meals that cannot be taken at the hotel will be charged to the customer.

Transportation

• Shuttle Transfer - Airport to Hotel in Tokyo:
  The transfer is provided by a shared shuttle. It will drop you off in front of your hotel and may make several stops along the way. One piece of luggage per person is included. For additional luggage, please contact us before your departure.
• Limousine Bus Transfer - Osaka to Kansai Airport (KIX):
  The Limousine Bus (public transport) operates between the airport and the city center. The nearest bus stops to your accommodation will be provided in your travel guide. The connection between the limousine bus stop and your hotel is often made on foot, but depending on the location of your hotel, it can also be accessed by subway or bus.
  In Osaka, this service is available for departures from Kansai Airport (KIX) between 9:30 AM and 1:00 AM. Transfers outside of these hours will be at your own expense. A private transfer supplement may be offered. If returning from Itami (ITM) or Kobe (UKB) airports, transfers will be at your own expense.
• Tokyo to Kanazawa Train:
  In Japan, the train is undoubtedly one of the best ways to travel quickly and easily. Kanazawa is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours from Tokyo. Please note that train schedules will be provided in your travel booklet.
• Kanazawa to Kyoto Train:
  In Japan, the train is undoubtedly one of the best ways to travel quickly and comfortably. Kanazawa is about 2.5 hours from Kyoto. Please note that train schedules will be provided in your travel booklet.
• Kansai Hiroshima Area Pass:
  The train is probably one of the most convenient and fastest modes of transportation in Japan. With a well-developed rail network, you can easily access the country’s main points of interest. Your pass is valid for 5 days and gives you access to all JR trains, JR buses, some express lines (excluding express buses), and certain JR ferries.
