Explore the whole of Tokyo thanks to an unlimited 24, 48 or 72-hour metro pass!

This 24, 48 or 72-hr metro pass allows you to travel around Tokyo wherever and whenever you like.
Set off to discover the city by opting for a pass valid on all Tokyo metro lines (Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway companies).

You can get can to the capital's popular areas such as Ueno, Asakusa, Shibuya, Shinjuku or Ginza, or set off to discover the city's lesser-known districts.

As well as saving money, you can tour the city at your own pace without having to buy a ticket for each journey!

You'll be asked to choose the duration of your pass when you book:

  • 24hr metro pass
  • 48hr metro pass
  • 72hr metro pass

  • Availability: every day (except under exceptional circumstances)
  • Purchase locations: Tokyo metro stations
  • Times: opening and closing times may vary depending on the station, please refer to the timetables on the Tokyo metro website
  • Duration: 24hr, 48hr or 72hr
  • Click here to consult the metro map. The pass covers 13 lines:
    - Tokyo Metro network: Ginza, Marunouchi, Hibiya, Tozai, Chiyoda, Yurakucho, Hanzomon, Namboku, Fukutoshin lines
    - Toei network: Asakusa, Mita, Shinjuku, Oedo lines
  • You'll be asked to choose a provisional date when booking, but your voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • A QR code will be provided in your voucher. Just go to a metro station in Tokyo, and scan in the QR code at an automatic ticket machine to exchange it for a paper ticket. Only the paper ticket provided by metro stations can be used
  • You can also exchange your voucher for a ticket at ticket offices at most metro stations. Please consult the list of stations here
  • During the pass's validity period, you can get on and off at all stations on the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway metro network as often as you like
  • The pass is valid only once and its first use constitutes the start of the validity period. The expiry date and time will be printed on the pass when its first used.
