Go for a bike ride from the top of the mountain and back down to the sea!
Tenerife, located in the Atlantic Ocean, is the largest of the islands in the Canary archipelago. It is dominated by the Teide volcano, the highest peak in Spain.
You will meet your guide at the given meeting point, at Los Cristianos, on the south coast of the island. After being briefed on the safety rules and after collecting your bike, you will be taken by van to the starting point of your ride! The excursion starts in Vilaflor de Chasna, a village perched at 1,500 metres above sea level, within the Parque Natural de la Corona Forestal.
As you descend towards the sea, you will follow mountainous paths through pine forests and admire typical island landscapes. Enjoy the peace and quiet of one of the less touristy areas of the island. You will pass through rural villages following the secondary roads, in order to appreciate the environment around you.
You will return to Los Cristianos by bike, after a ride that will have allowed you to explore the Tenerife countryside.
