Discover the joy of surfing as you learn how to surf the waves of Bondi Beach, Australia's most famous beach!

On Bondi Beach you will discover the pleasure of surfing thanks to a 2-hour lesson specially designed for beginners (in English). In a safe environment you will get your first taste of surfing and will be able to stand up on the board before the end of the lesson! Accessible to all those people who want to learn to surf, this activity will give you sensations like no other and help you develop your surfing skills!

  • Availability: every day (except in exceptional circumstances)
  • Duration: Approx. 2 hours
  • Time: this will be determined depending on the tide. Once in Sydney, you must contact our service provider to find out the time (the contact details will be shown on your booking voucher and your hotel's reception will be able to make this call for you). You are advised to keep the day clear in your diary so that your indicated time doesn't clash with other plans you have made
  • Departure location: Bondi Beach, around 20 minutes from the centre of Sydney (the exact address will be shown on the booking voucher)
  • Language: English
  • To take part in this activity simply present your booking voucher to the local tour operator
  • The minimum age for this activity is 12 years of age
  • You are advised to bring a swimming costume and a towel
  • This activity may be cancelled in the event of bad weather. In this case you will be offered a refund or an alternative date
  • You may wear contact lenses. On the other hand you may not wear glasses
