Meet Lapland's emblematic animals on an excursion to Ranua Wildlife Park!
You'll meet your guide at one of two meeting points in Rovaniemi before hitting the road for Ranua Park, some 80 kilometers to the south.
Accompanied by your guide, you'll explore Ranua Wildlife Park, recognized as Finland's northernmost zoo. The park is home to over 50 Arctic species, including polar bears, Arctic foxes, wolverines and lynxes. These animals live in enclosures designed to replicate their natural habitat as closely as possible.
You'll take a 2.5 km trail through the snow-covered forest to observe the animals while learning about their lifestyles in these extreme conditions.
Before your return to Rovaniemi, you'll have free time for lunch (not included), a snack or to buy some souvenirs in the park store.
This outing is ideal for families and nature lovers wishing to discover Arctic wildlife in a respectful and safe setting.
