Your guide will collect you from your hotel in Reykjavik, and will take you to the quad bike ride departure location. Before you begin your quad bike trip, the professional guide will give you the required equipment, and will explain all safety instructions.
You will drive on gravel tracks, rocky and muddy terrain, and through streams. Throughout the whole journey you will see beautiful panoramic views across the countryside and the mountains of Iceland! You will cross over the Mosfellsdallur valley towards Mt Esja. At the end of this activity you will arrive at Mt Úlfarsfell. From the top of the mountain you will enjoy views across the bay and the mountain range all around.

When booking, you will be asked to choose if you want to ride your quad alone (individual activity) or if you want to share the quad bike with another passenger (shared activity)

- Duration: Approximately 4 hours and a half with pick up
- Departure location: your hotel in Reykjavik

- The duration of the quad bike tour will be approximately 1 hour
- All drivers must be at least 18 years of age to drive a quad bike
- All drivers must have a driving licence to be able to ride a quad bike
- Adults must sign a waiver for passengers under 17 years of age
- Quad bikes are automatic and easy to drive
- You will need to wear good shoes and warm clothes
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women
- Although this activity is open to all, we recommend some prior experience on a quad bike to take part in this activity
- Children under 6 years of age cannot take part in this activity, even as a passenger
