Go in search of thrills and go rafting on the Tully River!

A vehicle will come to pick you up from your hotel mid-morning and take you to the departure point. When you arrive you will have time for a light lunch (not included) before going to the top of the Tully Gorge.

You will raft down the Tully River, known for being one of the best rafting spots in Oceania. In the company of your guide, you will raft down class 3 and 4 rapids. After your quad ride, you will rest while savouring a nice dinner.

You will return to Cairns after dinner.

  • Availability: every day (excluding exceptional dates)
  • Time: around 10:30am
  • Departure point: your hotel in Cairns
  • Duration: 12 hrs. approx., 5 of which spent rafting (Tully River is located approximately 2 hrs. 15 mins from Cairns)
  • Language: English
     
  • For dinner, you will have the choice between several options: classic hamburger and chips, crispy chicken burger and chips, vegetarian/vegan schnitzel with salad and chips or grilled Spanish mackerel with salad and chips (GF)
  • Pregnant women and children under 13 years cannot take part in this activity
  • Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
  • This activity is suitable for beginners
  • Don’t forget to bring suitable shoes, a swimsuit, a towel, a change of clothes and sun cream
  • You are strongly advised to take off your jewellery before the activity
  • You will be asked to pay a supplement of AUD $30 per person upon arrival. The supplement is to be paid on the day (in cash). This is one of our service provider’s requirements and is beyond our control
