Take some time to relax in the hot springs in the heart of Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies!

Banff Upper Hot Springs offers the ideal setting for a day dedicated to wellbeing in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. The water from the hot springs is rich in sulphates and calcium and remains at a temperature between 37 and 40°C (104°F) in order to guarantee you the most pleasant and relaxing time possible. You will also have access to a cold-water pool.

From the springs, you can marvel at the unbeatable views of the Canadian Rockies.

The site also includes a spa, which offers complementary treatments (not included in price).

  • Availability: every day (the springs are closed for the two final weeks of October for maintenance as well as December 25)
  • Times: From mid-May to mid-October: 9am–11pm/From early November to mid-May: 10am–10pm (Sunday–Thursday) and 10am–11pm (Friday and Saturday) 
  • Duration: your choice, allow 1 hr. approx.
  • Languages: French, English
  • Location: 10 mins from Banff by car, 30 mins from Canmore and 1 hr. 30 mins from Calgary
     
  • When you book, you will be asked to indicate a provisional date. However, your voucher is valid until December 31 of the year of booking. You can therefore visit at the time and date of your choice
  • Don’t forget your swimsuit!
  • Limited free parking spaces are available
