Your guide will share their knowledge and anecdotes about the ancient city, preserved right in the heart of the modern city of Jerash.
Then you'll continue your excursion to Ajloun Castle, a 12th-century Muslim fortress. Situated at the top of a hill, the site offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Accompanied by your guide, you will learn more about the history of this building, which was once a military outpost. Not far from the castle, you can then enjoy the Ajloun Forest Reserve, on a short walk through the forest to a nearby hill.
